A little prep will ensure our time together is focused more on you, and less on the paperwork.
Prepare for your appointment.
Take time before your appointment to gather relevant medical records including imaging and complete new patient paperwork. We’d love to have these materials before you come in if possible. This will not only save you time, but will also give our physical therapist time to review your background information ahead of your appointment.

At your initial evaluation you will get to know our Physical Therapist, Casey, and our Lagniappe team, and we will get to know you. We want to understand your unique physical challenges, abilities and goals. This may feel like a repeat of information included on your paperwork, but this discussion helps us uncover new tidbits of information relevant to your plan of care that wasn’t included in your initial health history paperwork!

We accept most major credit cards and insurance plans. And, to help you make the most informed decisions, we’ll discuss the cost of treatment before you begin.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need a doctor referral?
If you are paying 100% out of pocket, you do not need a doctor referral to seek physical therapy services. If you believe you could benefit from physical therapy, you are welcome to come in for an evaluation!
If you are utilizing your insurance or medicare benefits for physical therapy services sometimes a doctor referral is required. We always welcome doctor referrals, and partner with a number of providers in Youngsville and surrounding communities.
What do I wear to my appointment?
Will it hurt?
Our physical therapist, Casey always says, “I don’t believe in no pain, no gain. I believe in gains with manageable symptoms.” We want to see progression as tolerated. Each patient is unique and the way their body responds to treatment will be unique as well! That is why reassessment at every session is an important part of managing your care. Communicate with us at every session about how you feel now, how you felt after your last session, your level of comfort so we can fine tune treatment along the way!
Can I go to any physical therapy clinic?

First, our expert billing team will make sure we take full advantage of the insurance benefits available to you.
From there any payment you are responsible for can be paid for with cash, checks, Health Savings Accounts, and the majority of credit cards such as Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. We can even text you an invoice so payment is easy and convenient.
